Addendum to Service Agreement: Supplemental Services & Add-ons

This Addendum (the "Addendum") supplements the USP Service Agreement previously executed between University Sports Program, Inc. (USP) and the Client. By purchasing any "Add-on" service through the USP Marketplace, the Client agrees to the following additional terms:

1. Scope of Add-on Services

The specific services, features, and deliverables (the "Add-ons") are defined by the selection made by the Client at the time of purchase in the digital marketplace. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Athletic Services: Professional video editing and Showcase participation.
• Academic Services: SAT/ACT/TOEFL preparation programs and STUD-IA access.
• Consulting Services: Academic advising for admissions, transfer support, and second entry period management.

2. Payment and Access

• Immediate Payment: Unless otherwise agreed upon in a financed plan, payment for Add-ons is due in full at the time of purchase.
• Activation: Access to digital platforms (Winward Academy, E2 Language, STUD-IA) will be granted within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation.
• Bundle Pricing: If the "Ultimate Success Bundle" is selected, the 60% discount applies only if all services are purchased simultaneously. Removing individual items from the bundle voids the discounted rate.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Specific to Add-ons)

In alignment with Section 7 of the Main Agreement, the following applies to Add-ons:

• Digital Products & Test Prep: Once access credentials for Winward Academy, E2 Language, or STUD-IA have been issued, the fee is 100% non-refundable.
• Event Participation (Showcase): Showcase fees are non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the event date. In the event of a documented injury, USP may, at its discretion, provide credit toward a future event.
• Service-Based Add-ons: Fees for Video Editing, Academic Advising, or Transfer Support are non-refundable once the initial strategy session or work on the deliverable has commenced.

4. Third-Party Providers

Certain Add-ons are powered by third-party partners (e.g., Winward Academy, E2 Language). USP acts as a facilitator for these services. While we vet our partners for quality, USP is not responsible for technical outages, platform downtime, or specific content updates managed by these third-party providers.

5. Expiration of Services

• Test Prep: Access to SAT/ACT/TOEFL platforms is valid for the duration specified by the platform provider.
• Advisory Add-ons: Services like "Second College Entry Period" or "Transfer Support" must be utilized within 24 months of the purchase date.

Integration with Main Agreement

All limitations of liability, scholarship disclaimers (Section 8), and media release permissions (Section 9) outlined in the original USP Service Agreement apply fully to all Add-on services purchased. In the event of a conflict between the Main Agreement and this Addendum regarding an Add-on, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.
