The content of this site is informational. It describes our services and explains how U.S. college admissions and athletic recruiting work.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, an admission decision, or a guarantee of any specific result. The terms of any service are set out in the individual service agreement signed by the client.
USP guarantees the search, not the outcome. We commit to guiding each admitted client through the process and to identifying the best university options for their academic, athletic and financial profile.
USP does not guarantee athletic or academic scholarships, does not guarantee admission to any particular university, and does not charge any fee tied to obtaining a scholarship, in line with NCAA regulations.
Figures published on this site (students placed, scholarship amounts, years of experience) are historical aggregates. They describe past results and are not a prediction of any individual outcome.
This site links to and embeds content from third parties, including partner universities and academies, YouTube, HubSpot and Stripe. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The texts, images, logos, guides and other materials on this site belong to USP or to their respective owners, and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Downloadable materials, such as the USP Handbooks, are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Payments arising from a signed service agreement are processed by Stripe. The applicable amounts, instalments and refund conditions are those set out in that agreement, which prevails over any figure shown on this site.
