This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of signing between University Sports Program (USP) and the Partner ("Partner"), to establish a collaborative relationship in supporting student-athletes and non-athlete students in their college placement journey.
This Agreement sets forth the terms under which USP and the Partner will collaborate to provide college placement consulting, recruiting workshops, and educational resources to student-athletes and students interested in pursuing higher education in the United States.
The partnership is structured into three tiers, each with varying levels of engagement and benefits:
A formal agreement with academies, clubs, or organizations for ongoing collaboration, student recruiting support, and access to USP services at discounted rates.
Discounted pricing structure for students, paid individually. (5% discount)
Referral fees to be paid upon student enrollment. ($250 per client)
