At USP, our mission is to help you reach your full potential as a student-athlete at the collegiate level. We carefully evaluate your athletic performance, academic achievements, and other key factors to provide you with the best recruitment and admission opportunities at universities in the U.S.

Your college placement process will depend on your ongoing athletic performance, academic grades, English proficiency, and admission test scores. Additionally, completing the tasks assigned by your USP advisor and staying actively involved in the process will be essential to maximizing your scholarship opportunities and university selection.

Our Team

At USP, you have a dedicated team to guide you through every step of your college process. Your Advisor will be your main point of contact, leading your one-on-one meetings and supporting you with everything related to your recruitment until admission. The Recruiting Manager oversees the advisors' work, ensuring quality guidance and handling special cases. Additionally, our Academic Advisor specializes in college admissions and will assist you with the various requirements of your applications.

USP Service Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and scope of services provided by University Sports Program, Inc. (USP) for participation in the Freshman & Sophomore Pre-College Pathway.

1. Program Overview

The USP Pre-College Pathway is an interactive online development program designed for high school freshmen and sophomores who aspire to pursue college athletics in the future. The program helps student-athletes prepare early by developing key academic, athletic, and personal skills while gaining a clear understanding of the U.S. college system and the recruiting process.

Through a combination of three individual one-on-one sessions and six interactive group forums, participants receive personalized guidance, build a foundational recruiting profile, and create a long-term plan to position themselves for future success within the full USP College Placement Program.

2. Program Structure

Format: 3 Individual Meetings + 6 Online Group Forums

Delivery: Google Meet & WhatsApp (MyUniversity platform for assignments)

Duration: Approx. 3–4 months (self-paced and flexible entry)

Certification: USP Certificate of Completion + Personalized USP Placement Proposal

3. Individual Meetings (1:1)

Personalized online meetings with a USP Advisor to guide, assess, and plan each student's progress and transition toward the next stages of their recruiting journey.

Planning Session (Week 0)

  • Evaluate the student's academic and athletic potential.
  • Set program goals and expectations.
  • Introduce the MyUniversity platform and roadmap.
  • Deliverables: Student profile + personalized program overview.

Evaluation Session (After Forum 3)

  • Review engagement, test results, and completed assignments.
  • Identify areas for growth and additional opportunities (e.g., summer camps, SAT prep, English programs).
  • Deliverables: Updated roadmap + personalized recommendation plan.

Admission Session (Final Stage)

  • Conduct the official USP Admission Interview.
  • Review progress and family feedback.
  • Present USP's College Placement Proposal (Essential / Signature).
  • Deliverables: USP Proposal + Admission Form + Onboarding Schedule.

4. Group Forum Sessions (6 Total)

Each forum is a self-contained, interactive workshop that can be completed in any order, allowing students to join the program at any point.

1. Discovering Your Path & Setting Goals

Identify academic, athletic, and personal aspirations to define a clear college roadmap.

Deliverables: "My Goals" form + completed profile on MyUniversity.

2. Building Your Recruiting Profile

Understand how coaches evaluate prospects and how to present a strong student-athlete profile.

Deliverables: Self-evaluation form + initial recruiting profile.

3. Understanding the College System

Learn about U.S. college sports divisions, associations, and competition levels.

Deliverables: Reflection post titled "My Path to College."

4. Academic Planning & Test Preparation

Review eligibility requirements and create an academic plan aligned with college admissions.

Deliverables: NCAA/NAIA profile checklist + SAT/ACT diagnostic or study plan.

5. Communication & Self-Marketing

Develop communication skills to interact with college coaches and prepare recruiting emails.

Deliverables: Draft introductory email + list of five coach questions.

6. Planning Ahead & Next Steps

Build a 6–12 month action plan including academics, competitions, and exposure opportunities.

Deliverables: "My Next Steps" roadmap + completion test.

5. Complementary Programs & Opportunities

In addition to the Pre-College Pathway, USP offers access to a range of complementary experiences to enhance each student's academic and athletic development, including:

  • Summer Experiences in U.S. universities and boarding schools
  • Intensive English Programs (in-person or online)
  • SAT, ACT, and TOEFL preparation courses
  • High-performance training programs in tennis, golf, or soccer
  • Online U.S. High School Diploma options

These programs are optional and can be coordinated directly through USP's network of verified partners.

6. Payment Terms

  • Program Fee: USD $500
  • Payment Method: Payable in full upon signing this agreement.
  • Credit for Future Plans: Full payment credited towards USP College Recruiting Programs

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Program Fees: Once the first individual session has commenced, the program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

7.2 Suspension of Financed Payments (Force Majeure)

In duly justified cases of force majeure (exceptional circumstances), the Client may request the suspension of remaining payments on a financed plan, provided that a minimum of sixty percent (60%) of the agreed total has been paid.

This provision is intended solely for situations where the student is unable to continue utilizing USP services and the program deliverables have not yet been completed. To qualify for a suspension of payments, the following conditions must be met:

  • Eligibility Window: The request must be made prior to the student achieving a college commitment, signing a National Letter of Intent (NLI), or receiving a formal offer. Once the primary objective of the program (placement/commitment) has been achieved, the service is considered "Fully Rendered," and the remaining balance of the financed plan becomes due in full.
  • Documentation: Accepted causes must be supported by official documentation and include:
    • Serious injuries that make it physically impossible for the student to continue the program or play their sport.
    • Personal or family problems that significantly impact the student's ability to participate in the recruitment process.
    • Economic, political, or extraordinary situations preventing the continuation of the program.
  • Individual Evaluation: All requests for suspension will be evaluated individually by USP. If a suspension is granted, all USP services, platform access, and consultant support will cease immediately.

8. Access & Participation Requirements

  • Individual Sessions will be conducted online and scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Group Sessions will be conducted online and scheduled by USP.
  • Each session lasts up to 60 minutes.
  • Students must have access to a computer or device with audio, video, and a stable internet connection.
  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be rescheduled once as a courtesy.

9. Agreement Limitations

  • USP does not guarantee athletic scholarships or college admissions results.
  • USP does not charge any fees based on scholarship awards, in full compliance with NCAA regulations.
  • This document represents the full and exclusive agreement between USP and the Client. No other verbal or written commitments are valid unless added in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Media Release

By signing this agreement, the student and their legal guardian authorize USP to use their name, image, and testimonials in promotional materials, including websites, social media, and printed publications, without additional compensation.
